Step 1: Create your custom woven label design

CARINOOO helps you quickly and easily create custom woven labels in two different ways. If you already have labels designed in a program like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop you can upload them to our Woven Label Uploader in .psd, .jpg, or .png format. 

Or, if you haven't got a design already, you can design your custom woven labels from scratch using our Online Woven Label Designer Tool. 

Step 2: Choose the extras

If you are uploading a design, you will now be asked to select the desired fold, size, application method, and make adjustments to the colors if needed.

If you're building your label from scratch using our Label Designer, you will be asked to customize the text, font, colors, symbols, size, and more. You will be able to see your design coming to life in the preview window.

Step 3: Complete your order

Lastly, pick the number of labels you require and add them to the cart. Make sure you have also added any additional size labels, care labels, and hang tags to your order so that everything will arrive together. On some occasions, our customer service team may reach out to you if they have questions about your order or submitted design. We want your labels to be just right!

Step 4 (Optional): Add Photo Proof

Photo Proof gives you the option of getting a test label made with your current design and a photograph of the results shared via email for your approval before committing to producing your labels. 

Once you have reviewed the test label image you can either approve to get started producing your labels right away, or request further changes and receive a 2nd photo proof to ensure that everything is perfect before sending your order to production. 

However, please note that this extra process will add around 2-4 additional days to your production time. See our product guarantee information for more details.

Choosing the right type of fold for your personalized woven tag is important. Our labels come in three categories: 

• No-fold
• Flat-fold (includes end fold left/right, end fold top/bottom, and hanger loop)
• Center-fold (includes centerfold, manhattan fold, and book cover fold)

What are the different fold types used for?

The fold you pick depends on the project you're undertaking.

• If you're using an iron-on label, it will always be no-fold. 
• Flat-fold labels are often used by high-end designers and add a level of professionalism to whatever you produce. 
• Center-fold labels add unique touches to your work, whether you're sewing a basic centerfold label into the back of a waistband or collar, or want to show off your branding on the outside of a sleeve hem or cuff with a manhattan fold and book cover fold label. 

How do I select my fold type?

With our woven label design tools, you can easily choose which kind of label fold you want and our designer will guide you to ensure that your design is centered appropriately on the correct label fold.
